Northern Maine General Health and Safety Program
At Northern Maine General, health and safety are primary concerns. We believe that our employees and the people we serve deserve to work, live, and receive treatment in an environment that is as safe as we can make it. The NMG Health and Safety Handbook outlines the specific pieces that make up our health and safety program.

It is the mission of Northern Maine General to provide quality management, technical guidance, and leadership that will promote continuous improvement in employee safety and health through the development of procedures, training, programs, measurements, processes and services while ensuring a safe working environment for all Northern Maine General employees, consumers, and the general public.
Our Vision
It is the vision of Northern Maine General to be recognized as a leader for the quality of our work and our leadership in innovative health and safety programs for NMG employees.

- We have a customer service attitude that encourages active employee involvement and teamwork to work toward achieving quality and excellence through continual improvement of all safety programs and services.
